I have been on a few sites where they have 'Newbie Helpers'.

What A Newbie Helper Would Do

- Give 'Rules' thread link.

- Current Admins/Mods/Mini Mods.

- Answer Any Questions.

- Help Them Get Used To The Site.

Other Infomation

- If you are a Newbie Helper you would get notified if there is a new member.

Yeah, I know, but some of the staff can go on the site everyday. And no problem.
