Introduction

Hello FP! I'm glad to announce that there are chatbox moderator applications open.

You may be familiar with this rank, or you may not, but this job just like any job on here

is important. To be a chatbox moderator you need to be active, know the chatbox commands, and

know how to moderate the chatbox. I'm really happy that members on here have this opportunity to show me that they care about the forum and want to help out. This is open to everyone, but I only ask that you have been on here for at least a day and read the rules.

Requirements

There aren't many requirements since this is the first application but still keep these in mind:

▶Have been a member for at least a day

▶Have read and signed the rules 

▶Have a warning bar at 100%

▶Will be active or try to get on as much as you can

▶Know chatbox commands

▶Know how to moderate the chatbox

▶Can handle a job

▶Can contribute to the forum in anyway possible (this means post in the staff forum, participate in staff meetings, etc)

Rules

▶Follow all FP Rules

▶No whining or complaining

▶Please don't tell me that I should pick you, this will make me want to not pick you

▶Please be patient when me and the other admins are deciding on the cbm

▶No rude behavior will be tolerated 

▶Please only post your application before the due date, it won't be accepted otherwise

▶You are allowed to pm your application to any of the admins, Camryn, Ash, Savanah, or myself

Why do you want to be a chatbox moderator?: I would love to be a CBM on this forum because I would love to have a chance to get a job on this wonderful forum. I love being on the CB, meeting new friends and saying "Hi" to my buddies hehehe. It  is a lot of fun! I really want to help out more on this forum because I love the fact that it is a "Multi-Fandom" forum so everyone can enjoy what they love in one big,happy forum. 

Why do you deserve to be one?: I think I deserve this job because I do have experience on a lot of other forums. I can clear up any fights in the CB in a nice manner. I'm a very outgoing person and I enjoy making friends so I am always on the CB chatting it up with everyone. Being active is very important, and I believe I am. I come on after school when I finish my homework and on the weekends I come online for a few hours. 

Do you meet all requirements?: Yes, I believe so.

Will you be active?: I sure will! c:

Do you know the chatbox commands?: /clear ~ clears the CB /kick {insert name here} ~ kicks somebody out of the CB (you should only use this command if they are not following the rules. 3 kicks = a ban from what I have experienced but idk on here what the expectation is.) 

/ban {insert name here} ~ the person who you ban will not be able to access the CB. they can still post and look at the forum though. 

Do you have experience?: I've been CBM 3 times and a Mod on a forum. 

How will you solve a situation with fighting?: I will talk it out with the people who are fighting. I will try to calm them down and help out with both sides not just one, even if it is my friend. If it gets too crazy, I will tell them to PM me instead of causing too much drama in the CB. I won't act crazy I will stay calm so everything is okay.

Why do you want to be a chatbox moderator?: I love to talk! I am very easy to talk to and very approachable. I think it's important for the people to respect the authority and me being a caring person I will gain the users respect.
Why do you deserve to be one?: I will dedicate my utmost time and effort in my duties.
Do you meet all requirements?: Yes!
Will you be active?: Yes again!
Do you know the chatbox commands?: I know them like the back of my hand.
Do you have experience?: I've been actively using forumotion sites for about 5 years. I've been CBM, Forum Mod, and Admin. I am very familiar with almost every tool forumotion has.
How will you solve a situation with fighting?: Just like always, I would give all active participants in the fight to work things out off site and out of chat (A warning). If they don't follow or break another rule or the same rule twice I would kick, and if they come back continuing to do so I would kick and again if they come back rule breaking another kick, after 3 kicks I would ban from chatbox. I would then approach a moderator and/or an admin on how the situation will be further dealt including any screenshots I might have.

Why do you want to be a chatbox moderator?:
Well, I love chatting on the chatbox, personally and I love helping others. Not only that I would wish to be part of the staff, but I want to spent my time giving each other a hand. I also do have experience. I know how to kick, clear, and ban. I will use these abilities when I have too, when someone is breaking the rules.
I have a order when I use them: first if they break a rule; overly high cursing issue or a HUGE drama-talk, etc., I will kick and warn them. And when they do it once more than three times total (after three kicks), I will use the "ban" button. I will keep the chatbox fresh and clean. I will clear it if it gets laggy or if I believe it's about time to gain a new start. I will not abuse my abilities. I will use them when I believe it is right too.
As said from above, I also have experience. I have been a chat mod on another forum for as long as I remember and I know how to manage the chatbox and keep cautious of it. Most importantly I would wish for everyone to enjoy their time on here and have fun. I will also make sure everyone is included, so no one will get left out and no bullying. I will try my best to do what I can when there is a problem and if needed, I will straighten out problems, so everyone will be fair.
Why do you deserve to be one?: I have been a chat mod and a mod(currently) on another forum. I also have my own website and know how an admin manage.

How will you solve a situation with fighting?:
Well, I would get to the bottom of the situation and help both sides recovered; not that I am taking another ones side, but I would help them both agree on something and calm. I will lock or kick/ban if the situation has gotten way too far and possibly give warnings. But for knowledge, I will have them think about the problem and help them recover together. I will also have them confirm on a solution together.

Why do you deserve to be one?: I hate questions like these xD.. i don't really know why i would deserve it haha.

How will you solve a situation with fighting?: Well, first i would clear and say to change the subject and that fighting isn't allowed, if they didn't listen i would kick/clr then if they didn't listen to that i would cb ban (to stop further drama)and pm an admin about it. (oh and i would probably pm an admin after the first time to tell them to keep an eye on them xD)

Why do you want to be a chatbox moderator?: I would love to help out and contribute to this amazing forum! I spend most of my time in the chat box, so making sure that everything is running smoothly and it's safe, would be very nice. I also think that being a cbm would keep me more active on FP which is always a good thing, aha. xD
Why do you deserve to be one?: I wouldn't say I "deserve" it, but I would love to be able to get chosen, because i think that I could moderate the chat box pretty well (since i'm on there quite often). I know how to kick, ban, clear, etc as well. I also won't accept any fighting, bullying in there. I would make sure that all rules are being followed at all times, if not, i would follow up with consequences. i would work as hard as possible and dedicate my time to it. (:

How will you solve a situation with fighting?: I would try to clear the chat as soon as possible, give the people fighting both a warning on what they did wrong. if they continue, i will kick or ban the from the chat. if things escalate badly, i would tell an admin about the situation.
